QM Nature Park is Hiring a Part-Time Park Ranger

Posting Date: 03-24-16: Announcement will be posted until position is filled.
part time position, the selected candidate will be required to work twenty-eight (28) Hours per week
as scheduled (may include weekends /Holidays)
and perform the following duties.
-work evenings, weekends and Holiday
-meet & greet the public,
-collect camping fees,
-provide emergency services when needed
-enforce State and Park laws
-and other duties as assigned

Hourly wage $10.00 per hour

Qualifications:
-be at least 21 years of age & U.S. Citizen
-have a valid Oklahoma driver’s license & Insurable Driving Record
-be CLEET Certified (Reserve Officer or Full-time)
-be willing to work nights, weekends and Holidays
-have a High School Diploma or GED
-must pass a background investigation
-no felony convictions or major misdemeanors
-no Domestic Violence convictions
-have sound judgment and the ability to think quickly
-have a true desire to serve all members of society

(may include weekends /Holidays) during the Season (April 15th – Sept. 15th)
and perform the following duties:
- Clean rest rooms
-Pick up trash
-Supervise Inmates
-Mow and edge
-other duties as directed.

Hourly wage $8.00 per hour

Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age (and older)
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid Oklahoma Drivers license
